Covid-19 Safety & Hygienic Measures

Infection control for your protection has always been a top priority for our office. Since we first opened, 25 years ago, we have taken enormous pride in creating a practice where the highest quality dental treatment is delivered in an environment of warmth, caring, professionalism and supreme cleanliness. We have defied the impact of business-driven corporate philosophies and takeovers, which have overrun dentistry in recent years. We have spent countless hours and invested enormous financial and human resources to ensure that our "new normal" protects the wellbeing of our patients, staff and community, while preserving, to the extent possible, the friendly surroundings and treatment you have come to expect. With the guidance of two infection control consultants , we have implemented new changes which you are likely to observe. Learn more about the new changes prior to your appointment.

Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed.  Feel free to contact our office if your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.

Dental Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we ask that patients pay us at time of service, at which time we submit the claim to the insurance company. The patient is then reimbursed by the insurance company. In the case of Delta Dental and BlueCross BlueShield only, the patient is expected to pay only their estimated portion, while the claim is sent to the insurance company to pay their share. Given that we can only estimate the patient's payment at the time service is rendered, there is sometimes a remaining balance after the insurance company has paid their share. This balance is the responsibility of the patient.
